We provide a platform for certified instructors and practitioners, teaching all sorts of evidence-based alternative intervention treatments. Our goal is to reach patients easily and conveniently online and provide in-person support from the comfort of their homes.

RYT as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Authentic Relationships, Mind and Meditation, Yoga for Youth, Incarcerated and at Risk, Emotion Code Practitioner. Trained in Body Code and 3-Dimensional Therapy. She is dedicated to provide alternative solutions for hypertension patient’s.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapist

RYT as a Reiki Master, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Radiant Child ® Yoga Teacher. Trained in Family Constellation Therapy and Conscious Discipline®. She devotes her entire professional life in teaching people practical ways to incorporate mindfulness into their busy daily lives. 

Gulzhan Menzeleeva

RYT Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Training in Super Health, (yogic science for addictive behaviors) and PTSD, Sound Therapy, Gong Yoga Nidra. As a scientist she constantly explores and learns how Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and the sound of gongs produce positive changes.
